Download Policy

Digital delivery

Products may be available as a free direct download or after payment through the product page and delivery flow. Files marked free may be publicly downloaded directly; paid products will not use public installer links that bypass payment.

Download issues

If payment succeeded but you did not receive a download link, first check:

  1. The spam or junk folder for the receipt email.
  2. The payment provider's order page.
  3. That the email address entered at checkout is correct.

If you still cannot download the product, contact with the order number. Do not include complete card information.

Versions and re-downloads

Product versions, update methods, and re-download periods are described on each product page or in its purchase terms. Unless expressly promised otherwise, “permanent use” does not mean permanent free updates, permanent support, or permanent download hosting.

File use

A public download page for a free product may be shared. Do not re-upload or resell the file, or publicly share a paid product's download link.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and handling are governed by the refund policy published on the checkout page and the payment provider's rules.
